This multi cuisine restaurant on the Lawns of the Goan Heritage which offers a multi cuisine menu to its in house guests. It facing the poolside as you try some of the cocktails prepared at their bar. The bar stocks a variety of spirits so it is no small wonder that the barman has a choice of spirits to mix. The Gin Sling, a top fizzy mix with Gin, lemon juice, a dash of grenadine and topped with soda. Or go cosmopolitan with Vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice. You will not have to crane your neck to see them arriving the angels on horseback. A starter of prawns rolled with bacon and fried. Nibble on the accompanying French fries or go Chinese with its popular preparation Crispy Vegetable Wanton (mixed vegetable in crispy fried packets).

Let the mains flow, replenish the drink if you must, the ambience is cool. Tenderloin Bell Pepper, the flattened steak is cooked in its juices napped with brown sauce and a colourful bell pepper. Or go Goan with a Chicken Chilli Fry (juliennes of chicken fried with onion, tomato, peppers and Goan spices). Before you know it the meal is drawing to a close, but the desserts though traditional and simple are a must for those with a sweet tooth. Is it Apple Pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a Tender Coconut Souffle? It’s possible that the tender kernel of the coconut has been taken from the very trees which dot the garden area. With a touch of fresh cream, milk and sugar it’s a recipe for contentment.
