MALL DE GOA

Mall De Goa

SHOP, FOOD, FUN and MULTIPLEX are four words that would best describe Mall de Goa, which opened, bang in the middle of Porvorim, on the busy NH17 junction, in February 2016. The location can be easily reached from Mapusa, Calangute and Panjim, making it a dream come true for locals and tourists alike.

Mall de Goa, which translates quite simply as ‘Mall of Goa,’ provides everything you could ever wish for under the same roof. So the next time a relative inquires if they can bring you something fabulous from a neighbouring state, you can excitingly reply ‘no thank you, I have got just what I want right here in Goa’ or Mall de Goa, to be exact!

The top International brands available at Mall De Goa include:

  • Tommy Hilfiger, Pepe Jeans, Calvin Klein, Wills Lifestyle, Allen Solly, Lee, Wrangler, RayBan, Van Heusen & Marks & Spencer.
  • Leading Global Sports brands (Nike & Puma)
  • Major Shops (Shoppers Stop, Fabindia, TNS Diamonds, Bargain book hunt, Big Bazaar, Tk Maxx)

The Food court:

If it is food that you are after then you have stepped into to the right place. Mall de Goa houses the only McDonalds restaurant in Goa. Apart from McDonalds, you can also find Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, besides other fast food favourites. Local favourites such as Kudos and Ritz Classic are also available.

Multiplex & Entertainment

Previously you had to travel to Panjim in North Goa or Margao in South Goa if you wanted to watch a latest Hollywood or Bollywood release on the big screen. The good news is that Mall de Goa has an INOX cinema, with fantastic deluxe seating for your viewing pleasure.

Apart from the cinema, there is a 3D theatre showing short horror films and plenty more arcade entertainment to keep the youngsters happy. There is also sufficient parking available, so you can take the whole family along!

  1. Instead of having same showroom on 1st floor and second floor; need to have more stores like SPLASH, MATALAN etc. Lot of Dubai stores need to be opened to attract tourist.

There are no branded cosmetic stores like MAYBELINE, SEPHORA/HUDA, ETC.

  2. Mall de Goa would be a good place for families to hang out with their elderly and or phycially handicapped family members but unfortunately there is no functional handicapped toilet. The doors of the cubicles in the current toilet is too narrow for a wheel chair to access. There are signs that indicate that handicap toilets are available but in reality there is none. I was told the handicapped toilet is used as a store room. Could the management kindly address this urgent need.
