Try Camembert Souffle right from the oven, but remember to dip your spoon right in before it sinks… oh yes it is stuffed with a lot of hot air and the taste? Whoosh But before it enters your oral cavity remember to lace it with a little of the grape coulis from the side. The combo is lipsmacking good, but there are more appetisers worth trying too- the. Beef Satay along with the kebabs, and the chicken and lamb both are popular preparations too.

The beautiful open air garden lulls you into timeless space as you wait for the mains. The Grilled Chicken with its orange and ginger dressing, or the grilled sea food platter. Or try the pomfret served with beurre blanc flavoured with tarragon, the sauce aromatic, smooth and lightly creamy. Don’t forget the ever popular Fillet Steak char grilled to perfection served with freshly made béarnaise, vegetables of the day and mash flavored with nutmeg. There is a lot at stake in this regard, to pamper those taste buds. Their signature dishes – Lobster Newburg and Pomfret in white wine sauce.
