Set in a garden with a colourful water fountain splashing on one side,Casa Sea Shell offer a good location.Located almost exactly at the Candolim-Nerul-Sinquerim junction,this simple but elegant alfresco restaurant and bar within a small resort serves some great,wholesome food.They cater almost exclusively to European charter tourist who stay in large numbers in the Candolim area.Most foreigners come here for their juicy kebabs and Chicken Tandoori being a hot favourite.The Tagliatelle with chicken and mushroom sauce, Fish Kassu, Fish Chakoori, Ginger Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken are also popular with the regulars.The European fare tastes excellent but is mostly made of steaks, they also offer some Mediterranean style-pastas,cooked in olive oil and garlic and wide range of seafood.We highly recommend the Spaghetti Prawns in garlic sauce,which comes laden with over half-a-dozen king prawns,with the delicately flavoured garlic sauce and noodles perfectly complimenting the juicy prawns.Their range of seafood is quite impressive and they also have some Chinese items on offer.Casa Sea Shell impresses one and all.
