This alfresco French speciality restaurant is run by Frenchman Gregory who is clearly inspired by the local fish available and decided to cook them French-style, with a slight touch of Goa. The menu changes all the time depending on the fresh seasonal catch, but there’s always a set menu of the five main courses. So, start your French gastronomical tour with Thai consommé, beef, shitake, galangal and chilly, Baby Calamari stuffed with Prawns and tendly pickle and River Crab and tender coconut tempura. For the main course there is steamed Red Snapper stuffed with prawns and recheado masala, penne and broccoli, lobster coulis emulsion, Filet de Boeuf , vegetables medley, green peppers sauce , stuffed Chicken Breast with herbs and mushrooms, sweet potatoes mash and onions cream and Mozzarella and spinach, order Moelleux au chocolat, Kerala vanilla cream, crunchy sugar tile Crème brulee. It is with great passion Gregory prepares the menu and dishes out for the visitors.
