The open airy ambience will tempt you to begin your feast on Crab Cakes with chilli aioli. Silvers of crab meat mixed with onion, peppers, ginger, mayonnaise, Worcester sauce, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Once spiced the mixture is breaded with flour , egg and breadcrumbs and deep fried. With a crunchy salad and the accompaniment chilli aioli made with homemade mayonnaise , Thai chilli sauce and chopped coriander you have chosen to make a great start. Or for a bonanza of richness and great taste, simple yet pronounced order the Tiger Prawn, Sauteed Lemon, Capers, Garlic Butter. Yes the richness of prawns sautéed with olive oil, garlic, butter,dice tomato, diced onion, lemon segments, capers, chopped parsely, white wine, cream and seasoned…will get those tastebuds seasoned for more.

Move towards the continent for the mains – but before that snap up this order of Red Snapper cooked in banana leaf tomato sambal. This fillet is marinated in a spice mix (chilli, lemongrass, onions, cashew nuts, ginger, sugar, pepper and wrapped in a banana leaf ) then grilled. The spiced Tomato sambal adds its own zest to the preparation. Still on seafood? Try the Grilled king Prawns with Lemon Chilli Butter. The butter is made with lemon segments, Chilli, garlic and parsely. Sit back and enjoy the view of the bay and pool areas as the natural breezes enhancing the feeling of a good repast…but spare some time for the Mango Pudding with coconut cream . The mango trees around the hotel are a veritable treasure trove.
